These terms govern access to and use of the abarys.digital website (the "Site"), published by Abarys Digital. By using the Site, you accept these terms. They do not govern Abarys Digital's consulting and development services, which are covered by separate agreements.

Availability

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to the Site falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Mohammédia, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions, including those applicable to visitors residing in the European Union.
Changes
Abarys Digital may amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of your visit; the last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
